How long until it's on my wrist?
About two weeks from order to wrist. Each watch is built by hand when you order it, and cutting and seating a real golf ball into a watch case is slow, careful work. For custom ball builds, the two weeks starts the day your ball lands on the bench.
Is the dial really a golf ball?
Yes. A genuine ball, sliced and set under the crystal. The dimples you see are the real surface of the ball, which is why every dial pattern is one of one.
Does it need a battery?
No. The NH34 is a jeweled automatic movement. It winds itself from the motion of your wrist, so the second hand sweeps instead of ticking and there's never a battery to replace.
Can I use my own golf ball?
Yes, and it's our favorite kind of build. Choose the custom option at checkout and we'll email you a prepaid shipping label for your ball. Hole-in-one balls, tournament balls, sentimental ones, they all work. Your build starts the day your ball arrives.
What does the lifetime guarantee cover?
The craftsmanship and the movement, for as long as you own the watch. If the build or the automatic movement fails under normal wear, we repair or rebuild it. It doesn't cover loss, theft, or damage from impacts or water, the same as any hand-built watch.
What if it doesn't fit?
The bracelet is adjustable and fits most wrists. If something isn't right when it arrives, reach out and we'll make it right.
